Request for return

Here you will find the application form that you need to complete in order to apply for return of your child.

Please beware that there is a difference between whether your child has been abducted to a country with which Denmark cooperates under a convention or to a country with which Denmark does not cooperate under a convention.

Whether you apply for the return of your child from a country with which Denmark cooperates under a convention, or from a country with which Denmark does not cooperate under a convention, it is important to complete the declaration form, in order that the Ministry of Social Affairs and Senior Citizens may act on your behalf and may obtain and transmit information relevant to the case. Even so, you retain the opportunity to withdraw your consent at any time.
